You will work at the intersection of finance and technology, helping clients get the most from the Luma platform and the full lifecycle of structured products and derivatives, while ensuring the accuracy of the data, reporting, and service we deliver.

The role is client-facing and cross-functional. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations colleagues in Switzerland, Portugal, the US, and Brazil to deliver accurate service and successful adoption of new features and products.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client executives, product owners, and implementation teams.
  • Understand each client’s goals and business requirements on the platform and help them achieve those goals.
  • Become an expert on the Luma platform and on structured products and derivatives, and help clients understand and implement them in their investment portfolios.
  • Assist Key Account Managers with client onboarding, account setup, marketing materials, and strategies to grow the client base.
  • Provide platform demos and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

II. Platform Operations and Support

  • Manage daily system checks and troubleshoot incoming client support requests, owning issues through to resolution.
  • Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and entitlements, ensuring users only see assigned information.
  • Develop a structured support process for early-adopter groups, including issue reporting, escalation, and ownership.
  • Create standardized system views and configurations for consistent team reporting and access.

III. Data Integrity and Reporting

  • Run data validation and quality control across client-facing workflows, including integration checks for data cleanliness, mapping, and consistency with source systems.
  • Resolve data discrepancies and complete health checks before major platform updates or releases.
  • Prepare and distribute recurring issuance and sales reports for clients and internal stakeholders; maintain the sales P&L.
  • Coordinate price discovery, validation, and contract interpretation to support accurate structured product pricing.
  • Use data platforms to present insights and analysis to business leads and to sales and marketing colleagues.

IV. Product Feedback and Project Execution

  • Work with Product and Engineering to relay client needs and feedback to inform the roadmap.
  • Manage project tickets, monitor timelines, and help plan and execute new product rollouts.
  • Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings by sharing ideas, presenting solutions, and supporting campaigns.
  • Support cross-geography adoption of new products and best practices.
  • Develop and apply coding skills (Python, SQL) to support platform enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance and/or technology.
  • Portuguese is an advantage given collaboration with our Lisbon team.
  • Basic SQL and Python; our tech stack is built on AWS.
