Responsibilities
1. Client Experience & Consultation
• Welcome clients visiting the Experience Centre and provide a premium experience.
• Conduct walkthroughs to showcase Gamlaa’s greenery solutions and design concepts.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable plantscaping solutions.
2. Solution Selling & Sales Support
• Handle client consultations through value-based and consultative selling.
• Present greenery concepts and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
• Convert enquiries into business opportunities through effective follow-ups.
3. Client & Partner Relationship Management
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and Experience Centre visits.
4. Lead Management & Coordination
• Track enquiries and support the sales conversion process.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for smooth execution.
5. Experience Centre Management
• Maintain the Experience Centre displays and ensure a premium visitor experience.
