Job DescriptionA senior leadership role responsible for driving the growth, retention, and strategic development of key client relationships by leading high-impact client engagements, collaborating across global teams to deliver cross-selling opportunities, implementing business development strategies aligned to organisational goals, and continuously enhancing service delivery to strengthen long-term client partnerships and commercial outcomes.
What you'll do
- You’ll drive the growth and retention of key clients and business partners, ensuring long-term relationship success
- You’ll collaborate with global teams and cross-functional units to achieve inbound and outbound cross-selling targets
- You’ll lead strategic client meetings and regular updates, working closely with Client Services Directors to strengthen engagement
- You’ll develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals and revenue targets
- You’ll support Fund Directors by assessing service delivery performance, identifying improvements, and implementing actions to enhance client relationships and outcomes
