LifeKey Health is seeking an experienced, highly connected Client Relations Manager to grow our private-pay, long-term care insurance, and Medicaid waiver home care client base throughout the communities we serve. This is a boots-on-the-ground business development position, not a desk-based marketing role.
The ideal candidate has established relationships within the healthcare, senior-care, home care, and long-term care communities and a demonstrated ability to turn those relationships into qualified referrals and new clients.
Build and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, support planners, physicians, home health and hospice organizations, senior-service professionals, and community partners.
Conduct regular in-person facility visits, networking, presentations, meetings, and follow-up throughout assigned territories.
Meet with prospective clients and families to explain LifeKey Health's services, answer questions, identify needs, address objections, and help qualified families move forward with care.
Develop new referral sources while strengthening existing relationships and creating repeat referral business.
Maintain an active referral pipeline and document outreach, leads, follow-up, conversions, and relationship activity.
Represent LifeKey Health with professionalism, confidence, discretion, and strong knowledge of home care and long-term care services.
Consistently achieve a target of 3–5+ qualified new client conversions per month after the introductory ramp period, with an emphasis on recurring service hours, client quality, retention, and sustainable referral relationships.
$20.00/hour base pay
Uncapped performance-based commission for qualified new client conversions, with increased earning opportunities for higher production
Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
Employee benefits for eligible full-time employees
Paid time off and other company-sponsored benefits, as applicable
Advancement opportunities as LifeKey Health continues to grow
Commission eligibility considers qualified client conversion, recurring service hours, and the overall value and sustainability of new business. Complete commission structure, eligibility, attribution, validation, and payment terms are provided in the formal incentive compensation plan.
3–5 years of successful experience in home care, home health, senior care, long-term care, healthcare sales, referral development, community outreach, or healthcare business development.
Established professional relationships and community networks capable of generating new client opportunities.
Proven history of referral generation, client acquisition, and strong closing/conversion performance.
Working knowledge of home care operations, long-term care, payer sources, and healthcare referral processes.
Strong consultative sales, presentation, relationship-building, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Professional appearance and executive presence with the ability to represent LifeKey Health effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Ability to work independently, organize a territory, follow up consistently, and meet measurable performance expectations.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, communications, public health, social services, or a related field preferred; equivalent directly relevant experience will be considered.
New Client Relations Managers will receive a 90-day ramp period focused on learning LifeKey Health's services, developing the territory, activating referral relationships, and building a strong pipeline. The expectation is progression toward 3–5+ qualified new clients per month by the end of the introductory period. Success will be evaluated not only by client starts, but also by the recurring service hours generated, quality and sustainability of new business, client retention, and development of productive referral relationships.
This position is best suited for someone who already understands healthcare relationship-based selling and is comfortable being accountable for measurable results. We are looking for someone who can do more than distribute marketing materials—we want a relationship builder and proven closer who can generate business.
Applicants should be prepared to discuss their existing professional network, previous referral volume, conversion rates, client admissions, accounts developed, and other measurable business-development results during the interview process.
