The Role
Position Objective:
To provide administrative coordination and customer support services for the Business Development Division while supporting communication and relationship management activities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate division meetings, schedules, and activities
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation
• Maintain division records and filing systems
• Assist in customer communication and follow-up
• Coordinate internal communication between departments
• Support renewal and servicing follow-up activities
• Assist in organizing events and meetings
• Maintain activity trackers and action follow-up logs

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of administrative or customer support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills
• Good command of English and Arabic; Kurdish is an advantage
