Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Relations Associate, you will:

  • Serve as the Primary Point of Contact: Assist clients with inquiries, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met throughout the event planning and fundraising process.

  • Execute Community Outreach & Fundraising Campaigns: Ensure smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction during events and campaigns.

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop lasting relationships by understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.

  • Maintain Clear Communication: Consistently communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed.

  • Address Client Concerns: Handle any issues or concerns promptly, offering solutions and ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Track Campaign Progress: Assist in tracking campaign success, providing clients with updates, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Support Event Logistics: Help organize event materials, manage client documentation, and assist with general event logistics.

Requirements:
