How You Will Add Value?
  • You will accurately prepare account transition reports for clients looking to utilize our CANVAS® platform.

  • You will partner with client service and sales teams to resolve issues.

  • You will apply operational expertise to support the Retail and Financial Advisor Services channels.

  • You will manage multiple requests accurately in a fast-paced environment.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in client service or operations.

  • Experience in financial services or asset management.

  • Exposure to direct indexing platforms is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to problem solve efficiently and accurately.

Soft Skills:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional persistence when following up on requests.

  • Self-starter mindset with intellectual curiosity.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
