Payroll Specialist with a Strong Service Mindset
Copenhagen | Hybrid after onboarding | 37 hours per week
We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist with a passion for Danish payroll, client implementation, and delivering excellent service.
You'll be joining our Payroll team, which provides external payroll administration, primarily for international clients, often in close collaboration with colleagues across other service teams at CSC Denmark.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage Danish payroll administration for multiple clients, including payroll data processing, payslip handling, salary payments, reporting, and account reconciliations
• Support clients with HR-related matters such as pensions, sick leave administration, and reimbursements
• Over time, take part in onboarding and implementation of new clients

About You

• Experience with international client administration and service is an advantage
• Solid understanding of Danish labour market regulations relevant to payroll
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Epos is a plus
• Interest in systems, implementations, and improving processes and routines
• Fluent in Danish or Swedish and English, both written and spoken
