About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner to help grow and manage key client accounts. You’ll be responsible for growing large, enterprise accounts while prospecting net-new business opportunities within the vertical, working closely with clients to understand their needs and build strong long-term relationships. 

Day-to-day, you’ll develop and execute commercial strategies, set growth targets, and integrate Vidsy’s solutions into your client marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of working with enterprise brands, identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and spotting new business opportunities, all while collaborating with our Exec, Strategy & Creative teams to ensure we’re delivering the best possible results.

Must-haves:

  • 4–6+ years of industry experience - focusing on commercial growth and sales.
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of selling high-value solutions exceeding $500K, ideally $1M+ annually.
  • Skilled in client discovery and solution selling, identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience selling content production and/or creative solutions.
  • Experience working with global CPG, Retail, Gaming and/or Entertainment brands.
  • Background in selling brand direct, targeting senior Marketing & Creative professionals.

The Interview Process
📞 30 minutes – Introductory call with a member of our Talent Team.
👩‍💻 60 minutes – Video interview to discuss the role and your experience in depth.
🧑‍💻 90 minutes –  Final interview with a small panel, during which you’d present back a previously set ‘homework task’.  We’ll also explore how your experience aligns to our Vidsy Values (Raise the Bar, Learn Everyday, Unleash Creativity & Be Brave)
☕️ In-Person Coffee️ - To round off the process we may invite you to a face to face coffee to close out any final questions
