LiveRamp is seeking a Client Partner to own the relationship, growth, and revenue performance of one of our most strategic global brand/advertiser accounts. This role is commercially accountable: you will be responsible not just for relationship health and operational success, but for driving measurable revenue growth by deeply understanding the brand's marketing, media, and data priorities and translating them into expanded use of LiveRamp across the account.
You will operate at the intersection of commercial strategy and client partnership — building trusted relationships with senior marketing and data leaders, integrating LiveRamp across the brand's regional and business-unit marketing organizations, and ensuring the brand's evolving advertiser needs directly shape LiveRamp's product direction. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can credibly speak to media, measurement, and data strategy while also owning a revenue number.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Own the revenue target for the account, driving growth through renewals, cross-sell, and expansion into new brands, regions, and use cases.

  • Build and manage an account growth plan that connects the brand's marketing and media priorities to new LiveRamp opportunities, both directly and via the brand’s agency Client Executive Team

  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing to build business cases that justify expanded investment in LiveRamp.

Integration Across the Brand's Marketing & Data Ecosystem

  • Drive operational integration of LiveRamp across the brand's regional teams, individual brands/business units, agencies, and internal martech/data stack.

  • Ensure consistent activation, measurement, and data collaboration practices are adopted across the brand's marketing organization.

  • Work cross-functionally with LiveRamp's Solutions Engineering and Support teams to remove friction to adoption and expansion.

Senior Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior marketing, media, and data leaders (e.g., CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Data/Analytics) across the brand's global and regional organization in conjunction with the brand’s agency Client Executive Team

  • Act as a trusted advisor on how data collaboration, identity, and measurement can support the brand's marketing and media objectives.

  • Multi-thread relationships across the brand's global, regional, and category teams to protect against turnover and reduce account risk.

Voice of the Advertiser to Product

  • Bring brand and advertiser-specific needs — measurement gaps, activation challenges, privacy/data requirements, media efficiency goals — back to LiveRamp's product organization.

  • Synthesize input across regions and brand teams into clear, prioritized product feedback that reflects advertiser-side priorities.

  • Advocate for the account's roadmap needs while balancing LiveRamp's broader product and commercial strategy.

Executive Liaison

  • Serve as the primary liaison between key brand executives (CMO-level and media/data leadership, agency Client Executives) and LiveRamp leadership.

  • Lead and facilitate executive business reviews, renewal conversations, and strategic escalations.

  • Ensure alignment between the brand's marketing strategy and LiveRamp's commercial and product priorities.

Success Metrics & Joint Roadmap Planning

  • Define and track success metrics tied directly to revenue outcomes — retention, expansion, media/measurement performance, and ROI on LiveRamp investment.

  • Lead joint roadmap planning with the brand, aligning LiveRamp's product direction with the brand's marketing and media strategy.

  • Maintain a shared account and growth plan with clear commercial milestones and ownership.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent achievement of revenue growth targets through renewals and expansion.

  • Deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior marketing and data leaders across the brand's global organization, along with our agency counterparts

  • Seamless integration and adoption of LiveRamp across regions, brands, and business units.

  • A clear, prioritized stream of advertiser-side needs actively shaping the LiveRamp product roadmap.

  • A jointly owned roadmap and growth plan, with measurement/ROI metrics both organizations use to track partnership value.

Qualifications
Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, client partnership, or sales roles carrying revenue/quota responsibility, ideally within adtech, martech, media, or SaaS.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex global brand or advertiser accounts with multiple regions or business units.

  • Track record of driving account growth, renewals, and expansion revenue.

  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging with CMO-level and senior marketing/media leadership.

  • Deep understanding of marketing, media, and measurement priorities from the advertiser's perspective.

  • Excellent communication, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Experience working directly with global brands, advertisers, or their agencies.

  • Experience leading joint business planning or roadmap alignment processes tied to commercial outcomes.
