The global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization focuses on servicing, scaling and building advertiser partnerships with customers globally. This business unit is an ever-growing and evolving one, and Snap believes it represents a tremendous opportunity to introduce these exciting businesses to the next generation of consumers.

We’re looking for a Client Partner, Business Development to join our growing Sales Team in London. This is a true “hunter” role for a sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities and building a business from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting some of the most exciting and disruptive D2C brands and innovative tech companies into long-term Snap partners.

You’ll own your business end-to-end, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to build a high-potential client portfolio and drive significant new revenue growth for Snap. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial instincts, a proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets, and a passion for helping the next generation of brands grow and win.

What you'll do:

  • Build the business: Identify, prospect, and win high-potential advertisers across D2C, e-commerce, tech, and other high-growth verticals.

  • Own your market: Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan, prioritizing the companies and opportunities with the greatest potential for Snap.

  • Lead the full sales cycle: Own opportunities from first outreach and discovery through pitch, negotiation, close, and successful onboarding.

  • Become a strategic partner: Advise advertisers on full-funnel growth strategies and demonstrate how Snapchat can solve business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

  • Sell at the highest level: Build trusted relationships with founders, C-level executives, and senior marketing leaders, delivering compelling and data-driven narratives.

  • Deliver growth: Consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets while maintaining a strong, disciplined pipeline of future opportunities.

  • Work cross-functionally: Partner closely with internal teams to unlock opportunities, remove barriers, and ensure new clients successfully scale on Snapchat.

  • Create what doesn't exist yet: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role — test new approaches, identify untapped opportunities, and help shape how we grow the Export business.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, business development, or a related commercial role.

  • Proven track record of winning new clients, building a book of business, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • A genuine hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to create opportunities and build businesses from the ground up.

  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and prioritise high-potential companies and market opportunities.

  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers across D2C, e-commerce, tech, startup, or high-growth business communities.

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, including measurement, attribution, customer acquisition, and industry trends.

  • Proven ability to build credibility and sell effectively to founders, C-level executives, and senior marketing leaders.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • High levels of ownership, resilience, and urgency, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, curious, competitive, and comfortable turning ambiguity into action.
