Client Order Coordinator
Wilmington, DE (Onsite)
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Some of the things you'll be doing:
- Processing Resignation of Agent requests
- Processing physical mail--opening, reviewing
- Creating and printing checks
- Mailing out physical notifications to customers about our intent to resign
- Preparing and mailing documents via USPS certified mail per state requirement in some jurisdictions and customers
- Working on state websites
- Managing internal email boxes
- Work within Company Records, Order Fulfillment, SalesForce, Websites, Outlook
- Working with automate processes
- Varied work, learning and understanding multiple processes
- Cross-trained on functions required to support the compliance needs of our customers
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Ability to maintain high quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel

Skills Required
- Process resignation of agent requests and prepare/mail required notifications
- Handle physical mail, including opening and reviewing, and prepare USPS certified mail
