As a Client Marketing Manager within our Workplace Solutions Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage with our Consultant audience—driving strategic marketing initiatives that deepen partnerships and elevate Vanguard’s presence in the institutional retirement space.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Consultant-focused marketing initiatives that amplify Vanguard’s Consultant Partnership Program, enhancing perceptions and driving engagement.

  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies—developing plans that align with sales goals, market segmentation, and client insights.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, offering guidance on best practices and navigating regulatory and competitive landscapes.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with sales professionals, business leaders, and senior managers to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights and proactively manage risks to ensure successful execution.

  • Contribute to special projects and support broader marketing efforts across the Workplace Solutions business.

What it takes:

  • Minimum of eight years of professional experience, including three years in marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead strategic marketing programs, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, client segmentation, and the institutional retirement landscape.
