Some of the things you'll be doing
- Take ownership of a portfolio of Swiss and international client entities, acting as the main point of contact for legal, corporate, and governance matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, advisors, banks, and intermediaries
- Ensure proper administration and good standing of client entities throughout their full lifecycle (incorporation, restructuring, transactions, liquidation)
- Coordinate board meetings, shareholder meetings, resolutions, and corporate documentation
- Ensure compliance with Swiss corporate regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and internal policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and statutory filings
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and support client retention and business growth
- Monitor market, regulatory, and legal developments and translate them into client-relevant actions
- Oversee financial and administrative processes, including invoicing, reporting, and tax-related documentation
- Support corporate transactions such as capital changes, dividend distributions, share transfers, and loan arrangements
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Support, coach, and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to process improvements and overall operational excellence
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
- Master's degree in Swiss Law (MLaw) or an equivalent legal qualification
- 3-5+ years of professional experience within corporate services, fiduciary services, trust companies, law firms, or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of Swiss corporate law, governance requirements, and corporate housekeeping practices
- Experience managing client relationships and engaging with professional stakeholders, including advisors, banks, and intermediaries
- Solid understanding of AML/KYC requirements and regulatory compliance obligations
- Exposure to international corporate structures and cross-border business environments
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support business growth
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of accounting and tax concepts relevant to corporate structures
- Experience acting as a Director, Officer, or Board Member for client entities is considered an advantage
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team
