What you would do
- Lead end-to-end client implementations, guiding projects from kickoff through to successful go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Support to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones for multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Gather, analyse, and translate client requirements into practical solutions that align with business objectives and platform capabilities.
- Facilitate client workshops, project meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation records, decision logs, and client communications.
- Identify project risks and issues early, driving timely resolution while maintaining a positive client experience.

You Have
- 1–2 years of experience in implementation management, project management, customer onboarding, or a client-facing delivery role within fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
- Experience managing technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Understanding of financial services, payments, banking, digital wallets, card issuing, acquiring, or related fintech solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
