The Role

Smadex is a rapidly growing AI-powered Growth Platform for User Acquisition, CTV, and Retargeting. Founded in Barcelona in 2010 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE::EVC). We power campaigns for Apps, Games and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results. Smadex is one of the fastest growing DSPs and we are adding talent to fuel our ambitious plans.
As a Client Growth Manager, you will be the first point of contact for an assigned book of clients, responsible for nurturing long-term relationships and driving revenue growth through performance marketing. Your focus will be to retain clients, secure consistently renewed budgets, and expand business across mobile user acquisition, retargeting, and Connected TV (CTV) campaigns.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure performance aligns with client objectives, while proactively identifying growth opportunities, delivering strategic insights, and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.
This is a position based in Seoul, reporting directly to the Head of Korea. The Seoul office prefers a hybrid work style, with employees working in the office 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of advertisers and agencies across multiple verticals, fostering sustainable growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign performance, ensuring delivery against client goals through data-driven insights and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify and advance opportunities to deepen client engagement across Smadex’s solutions, including UA, retargeting, and CTV.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs, addressing challenges proactively, and providing clear strategic guidance.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance reports and business reviews to support transparency, decision-making, and long-term planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment across regions.
  • Represent Smadex at industry events, client engagements, and market-facing opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence in Korea.
  • Contribute to revenue planning, forecasting, and commercial processes that support overall business objectives.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3-4 years of client-facing experience, including work in mobile marketing or programmatic advertising.
  • Understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and industry partners.
  • Ability to handle basic technical inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in essential reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Organized, proactive, and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and flexible across time zones.
  • Willingness to travel for business when required.
