Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the firm’s client base
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial goals and needs
  • Provide exceptional service to existing clients, offering personalized financial solutions
  • Present and explain financial products, such as investment and retirement plans, to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust
  • Maintain a positive mindset and resilience in the face of rejection while continually seeking new business leads

Qualifications

  • Fully licensed with Series 6, 63, and 7
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a boutique firm environment and appreciate a personalized approach to client services
  • Comfortable with rejection and able to remain persistent in pursuit of new business
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

  • $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
  • Total compensation: $135,000 - $185,000 (including performance-based incentives)
