Client Director / Senior Relationship Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Department: Corporate Services
Job Type: Permanent, Hybrid
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Client Director / Senior Relationship Manager to join our Dublin office. In this key role, you'll manage a portfolio of client companies, ensuring they remain in good legal, fiscal, and financial standing, while supporting junior team members and driving business growth.
You'll work closely with the Head of Corporate Services to deliver exceptional service to clients, represent client entities as a board director, and contribute to wider business development efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Client & Board Management
  • Act as Director on boards of client companies
  • Be the go-to advisor for legal and corporate governance matters
  • Build strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth handling of complex transactions (e.g. capital changes, dividends, loans)

Coaching & Leadership
  • Support and coach junior relationship managers
  • Lead by example, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism

Compliance & Administration
  • Oversee client onboarding, KYC, and compliance processes
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client files and documentation
  • Submit time entries to ensure timely and correct billing

Business Development
  • Support commercial strategy and attend meetings with prospects
  • Spot opportunities for growth and contribute to expanding our client base

Your profile:
  • Degree in Business, Law, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in corporate services, legal, tax, or accounting
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and local regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English
  • Commercially aware, solution-oriented and client-focused
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
