Stantec is seeking a creative and collaborative Client Development Programs Analyst to support and strengthen our growth initiatives. Our team enables sales, business development, account management, and other client-facing programs across the company. In this role, you will develop reports based on thoughtful analysis of sales, business development, and growth programs that help leadership and teams make data informed decisions to grow their business. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact if you excel at turning data into insights and have the ability to communicate those insights clearly. 


Your Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the analysis and reporting of key data associated with Stantec’s Client Development Programs (Corporate Campaigns, Strategic Pursuits/Top Pursuits, Account Management Program, Business Development). 
  • Develop and contribute to reports and analysis that support continuous improvement and the Company’s growth targets.  
  • Support the successful delivery of Client Development Programs by working collaboratively with the broader Client Development Programs team. 
  • Contribute to testing and validating dashboards and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business requirements before release to stakeholders. 
  • Develop and lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth program reporting and analysis.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with high standards for accuracy, structure, usability, and data quality  
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills to deliver reliable recurring and ad hoc reporting  
  • Ability to apply business context and analytical judgment to interpret metrics, identify what matters most, and connect insights to business objectives and decision-making. 
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills to identify trends, drivers, risks, gaps, and opportunities, and draw sound conclusions from data. 
  • Ability to synthesize complex, multi‑source information into clear key messages and actionable insights  
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear, compelling written, visual, and verbal communications for diverse audiences, including senior leaders  
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas) with experience building scalable, repeatable, and auditable reporting  
  • Strong data validation and reconciliation skills to ensure data integrity and identify inconsistencies  
  • Skilled at structuring information into intuitive, visually engaging, and easy‑to‑navigate formats that support understanding and adoption  
  • Collaborative, cross‑functional partner focused on implementing, enhancing, and evolving analytics and reporting solutions  
  • Ability to document processes and maintain transparent, structured reporting workflows  
  • Continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, automation, and output quality 

Education and Experience 

  • Post-secondary degree in business or equivalent 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience involved in data analysis for business development/growth, account management, growth programs or the equivalent

Skills Required
