Stantec is seeking a creative and collaborative Client Development Programs Analyst to support and strengthen our growth initiatives. Our team enables sales, business development, account management, and other client-facing programs across the company. In this role, you will develop reports based on thoughtful analysis of sales, business development, and growth programs that help leadership and teams make data informed decisions to grow their business. Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis and reporting of key data associated with Stantec’s Client Development Programs (Corporate Campaigns, Strategic Pursuits/Top Pursuits, Account Management Program, Business Development).
- Develop and contribute to reports and analysis that support continuous improvement and the Company’s growth targets.
- Support the successful delivery of Client Development Programs by working collaboratively with the broader Client Development Programs team.
- Contribute to testing and validating dashboards and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business requirements before release to stakeholders.
- Develop and lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth program reporting and analysis.

- Proven ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear, compelling written, visual, and verbal communications for diverse audiences, including senior leaders
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas) with experience building scalable, repeatable, and auditable reporting
- Strong data validation and reconciliation skills to ensure data integrity and identify inconsistencies
- Skilled at structuring information into intuitive, visually engaging, and easy‑to‑navigate formats that support understanding and adoption
- Collaborative, cross‑functional partner focused on implementing, enhancing, and evolving analytics and reporting solutions
- Ability to document processes and maintain transparent, structured reporting workflows
