Job Description

This Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Client Cybersecurity Services team. In this role, you’ll support the team in identifying, investigating, and responding to security alerts to help protect client environments from potential threats.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the review and investigation of security alerts and potential incidents
  • Support the collection of basic cybersecurity metrics and compliance data
  • Participate in vulnerability scans and assist with basic testing activities
  • Help maintain documentation for cybersecurity controls and processes
  • Contribute to internal reports and suggest improvements based on findings
  • Work with internal teams to support day-to-day cybersecurity operations

Qualifications

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science)
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry standards
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar are a plus
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
