Our business is thriving, and we are adding a new Client Care Coordinator to our front desk team. Join us, and help people feel their best in our flexible, friendly, family environment!
The position is part-time with flexible scheduling, and competitive pay ($19 to $21 per hour)!
Duties include:
- Working directly with customers to schedule appointments
- Recommending enhanced services and selling membership plans
- Performing administrative and operational tasks including reminder calls and filing
- Working cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Providing an outstanding customer service experience
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and computer skills
- Professional, outgoing, organized, ethical, and self-motivated
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- A competitive drive is a bonus!
