Job Description :

The Role:

The Havas Creative Finance team is looking for an enthusiastic Client Biller to oversee all matters linked to Sales Invoicing across an eclectic range Creative agencies (PR, Ad Agency & General Marketing Businesses). They will join a team of key finance contacts within each agency to provide support and financial billing guidance to the Client & Project Management teams. A key part of the role is building relationships with the agency Project Managers, to drive sales billing productivity within the accounting period.

Responsibilities:

- Manage & process the production/fee sales invoicing for a group of clients/agencies.

- Ongoing client Work in Progress reviews per project, to minimise cost Write Offs.                                                   

- Ensure revenue recognition standards are applied correctly.

- Partner with agency Project Managers to drive job billing productivity.

- Manage the life of a job, ensuring complete projects are closed appropriately.

- Provide support for the overall Billing department during financial stress points.

- Ensure the Pulse Production System is maintained and used appropriately.

- Participate in monthly debt recovery meetings alongside Credit Control teams.

- Ad-hoc tasks.

Skills:

Experience in a Creative Agency environment is welcomed.

Billing experience desirable.

A good relationship builder.

Excellent communication skills.

A team player.

Excel Skills preferable.
