As a Client Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing OMIG’s relationships with wholesale retail clients, including DFMs, Multi-Managers, Retail FoFs, LISPs, and IFA Brokerages.
You will contribute to delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience through accurate, insightful, and well-presented investment content, while working collaboratively across the business. This role offers broad exposure to investment capabilities, client engagement, and operational processes, enabling you to build both technical expertise and commercial understanding.

What You’ll Be Trusted With

Client Support & Relationship Enablement (Wow the Client)

  • Respond to client queries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Support client engagements, including due diligences and report-backs, ensuring a seamless and well-prepared experience.
  • Assist with client onboarding and termination processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as required.

Content Development & Communication (Deliver Excellence)

  • Compile high-quality investment proposals, questionnaires, brochures, and capability documents.
  • Develop and enhance client-facing materials to effectively communicate OMIG’s investment capabilities and fund performance.
  • Take ownership of presentations relevant to your client segment.
  • Ensure all content reflects accuracy, consistency, and a strong understanding of investment messaging.

Data Management & Reporting (Own It)

  • Maintain and update investment databases, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative data is accurate and current.
  • Review fact sheets and reports to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Support representation of OMIG capabilities across websites, surveys, and industry platforms.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement (Shape a Bold Future)

  • Manage assigned projects aimed at improving processes, efficiency, and quality of output.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, systems, and client materials.
  • Contribute to building scalable and sustainable practices within the client management function.

Collaboration & Team Contribution (Succeed Together)

  • Work closely with Client Directors, investment teams, marketing, and other stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure alignment and delivery of client outcomes.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with a strong interest in investments and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

You bring:

  • A BCom degree or similar qualification.
  • Approximately 5 years’ experience in an investment-related or client-facing role.
  • A solid understanding of investment products, performance, and market surveys.
  • Experience in client communication, content development, and needs analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and tools for data management, reporting, and document preparation.
  • A genuine passion for investments and a desire to grow within the industry.
