Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact all assigned clients to build warm personal connections and ensure a positive experience.
- Identify from clients how the company can improve and share with management.
- Reassure clients and escalate concerns appropriately, communicate with clients until concerns are resolved.
- Verify the business software clients use and ensure all clients are utilizing products including integration and email payment tools, and other products.
- Obtain positive customer surveys, online reviews, references, and client referrals. Three referrals requested after all positive client interactions.
- Discover if clients belong to any associations and work with any software resellers - generate potential partnership opportunities for the company.
- Enter all updates correctly in the company’s CRM system and notify relevant parties if impactful changes are requested by accounts.
- All other tasks as directed by sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Self-starter with ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team.
- Must be driven with a strong work ethic.
- Must have strong communication skills.
