Position Profile:
Reporting to the Unit Leader, the Client Administrator plays a key supporting role within the Accounting/Finance Department, contributing to the efficient operation of client billing, financing and account receivables. This position is responsible for assisting with a variety of finance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation, review, and distribution of client invoices and billing statements
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure timely collections
  • Support policy and payroll analysis by compiling data, identifying discrepancies, and providing reports as needed
  • Coordinate premium billing and process client payments accurately
  • Assist with client financing arrangements, including documentation and payment tracking
  • Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with internal controls and compliance standards
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing or payment issues promptly
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes as needed
  • Perform a variety of policy premium payroll finance profitability, AR, AP and loss analysis

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a client-facing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines 
  • Possesses a passion to help team members 
  • Ability to enthusiastically support and promote  
  • Must maintain client confidentiality; demonstrate integrity and code of ethics 
  • Accountable, adaptable, and flexible 
  • Attention to detail & ability to multi-task 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • High level of team orientation; strong interpersonal communication skills
