Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services where appropriate.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or client service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
