Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and company offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
