As a Client Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by managing and cultivating relationships with our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded while maximizing revenue opportunities for both parties. Your ability to understand clients' business objectives, anticipate their needs, and effectively position these clients’ products and services will be essential to your success in this role.

As a Client Account Manager you will:

  • Learn our business from the ground up 
  • Focus on growing and maintaining an existing client base while developing new relationships
  • Be in constant communication with prospective clients directly at their homes, networking events, and social media tools
  • As part of your training, be a part of our client support team: Build a pipeline of potential customers for repeat business
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Account Management team to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client 
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making
