The Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Media Solutions Associate Director, you will own all aspects of our largest client relationships – key responsibilities will include but are not limited to all of the following:

    • Responsible for understanding clients’ business and marketing objectives and designing solutions to ensure we’re able to deliver on their needs

    • Combine strategic thinking with technical expertise to become the trusted “go-to advisor” for clients - interfacing with senior client executives

    • Proactively identifying opportunities to provide ongoing value, support, and guidance to clients

    • Identifying client upsell opportunities across Media and Data Solutions, working closely with Data Solutions counterparts when necessary

    • Act as senior point of escalation for client issues & concerns – working with leadership to identify solutions

  • You’ll serve as one of the department leaders, leading a team of 1-3 media solutions experts to ensure we’re delivering on all client needs

  • You will work with leadership, providing insights on how to drive ongoing improvement to project management and innovation across the media solutions team – identifying processes and pain points to automate and improve. As well as new productization/revenue opportunities

  • Support Head of Dept, Sales, and SLT with BD pitches and client upsell opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Consider yourself an expert in DV360, ideally have experience with buying PMPs, CTV, Youtube, and other advanced programmatic knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of CM360

  • Working knowledge of SA360

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies and other Google Marketing Platform technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads/Search Ads360) 

  • Previous experience with executive relationship development 

  • Understanding of high-level business strategy

  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value

We aim to offer competitive direct compensation and a rich indirect compensation program that demonstrates the value we place on our employees and their wellbeing.

Total Compensation:        

  • Base Salary: $105,100 - $131,400

  • Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 10% ($10,500 - $13,100)

  • Target Total Cash: $115,600 - $144,500
