Clean-Up

Job Purpose:
- The primary purpose of the BFP-Sawmill-Clean Up position at The Beasley Group is to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the sawmill environment. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the overall production process by keeping the facility clean and free from debris, thus contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning duties within the sawmill, including sweeping, mopping, and removing sawdust and other debris.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are cleaned and maintained according to safety standards.
- Assist in the disposal of waste materials in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any issues that may impact the cleanliness or safety of the sawmill.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Support the team in other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the sawmill.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as facility maintenance or janitorial work, is advantageous.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
