The position
As a cLEAN Partner at Novo Nordisk, your responsibilities may include driving and implementing Lean methodologies across various operational areas, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborating with teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency Support. Our strategy process by facilitating workshops and conducting analyses to define how to reach our ambitious targets.

  • Drive optimisation projects to improve our processes.
  • Coach and train the organisation in LEAN to strengthen competencies in systematic problem solving, performance management, process mapping, and strategy deployment.
  • Support the leadership team in improving processes through developing and maturing LEAN systems and working with leader standard work.
  • Facilitate the local strategy process, including monitoring and ongoing follow-up with the management group.


Additionally, you may be involved in coaching and guiding colleagues at all levels to embrace LEAN principles and practices, ultimately contributing to the company's pursuit of operational excellence.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a scientific focus.
  • Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • 3+ years of experience working with Lean in production or administrative processes
  • Proficiency in systematic problem-solving to identify, eliminate root causes and expertise in performance management to drive improvements
  • Experience in strategy deployment to align organisational goals and initiatives
  • Skilled in coaching leaders to enhance their capabilities and drive organisational success
  • is fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, and it is crucial to have experience and confidence in the role as trainer, facilitator, and coach.
About the department
You will be part of AskHR Denmark in Global P&O Services. We consist of approximately sixty highly engaged and professional employees, and we are growing. We function as the one-point-of-entry for approximately 24,000 employees and managers in Denmark, where we provide guidance on HR administrative matters via the "askHR" phone, chat, and case handling system (ServiceNow). Furthermore, we handle a full range of HR administrative tasks related to employees, external consultants, organisational data management, and compensation administration. We work closely together as a team with a focus on efficient execution and great customer service.
