Gross Pay

BreakDown Pay $100/day (if the breakdown lasts 8 hours)
Detention Pay $15/hour after 3 hours up to 8 hours (only if specific appointment vs. first come
first serve)
Layover Pay $100 (if Detention reaches 8+ hours).
Health Benefits
Qualify after 90 days of employment
50% of premiums paid by the employer initially
Up to 80% of premiums paid by the employer at the 1-year mark
Optional: Driver Legal Plan $2.98 per week (Highly Recomended).
Optional: Operational Escrow (Highly Recomended) - "Savings Account" to provide driver with
consistant paycheck during vacations or other situtations. Weekly contribution amount is up
to driver.

Health benefits become available after 90 days of employment, with the employer covering 50% of premiums initially and up to 80% after one year. Optional benefits include a Driver Legal Plan for $2.98 per week and an Operational Escrow, which serves as a savings account to ensure consistent pay during vacations or other circumstances, with contributions determined by the driver.

Skills Required
