Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Claims Support Specialist to join our team! In this role you will provide administrative support for the Owner’s claims management process by maintaining contemporaneous project records and organizing claim support documentation for disputes and proceedings. 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Maintain contemporaneous records that support the Owner’s position in claims or disputes, including daily logs of correspondence, meeting minutes, photographs, schedule analyses, and delay documentation. 
  • Assist the Owner’s legal team in preparing claim responses. 
  • Compile document packages for mediation, arbitration, or litigation proceedings. 
  • Organize claim-related evidence in a structured and retrievable format.
  • Coordinate with project administration and document management teams to support record completeness and retrieval. 
  • Support administration of project records and documentation needed for contractual compliance and dispute support.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, legal studies, project management, or related field, or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting claims documentation, project administration, contract support, or dispute records management on capital projects.
  • Strong document organization, file management, and records retrieval skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with legal, commercial, and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
  • Experience supporting owner-side claims or contract administration teams.
  • Familiarity with delay documentation, schedule analysis support, and construction correspondence records.
  • Experience on large EPC, CMA, industrial, or mission-critical projects.

Salary Range: $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
