Dans un contexte de fort développement, Wakam souhaite renforcer son activité de gestion des sinistres corporels.

Rattaché(e) à la Squad Claims, vous intervenez de manière autonome dans la gestion de sinistres corporels IRCA et droit commun (AIPP entre 0 et 10%).

Ce poste sera basé dans nos locaux parisiens, avec trois jours de télétravail par semaine.

Activités génériques :

  • L’enregistrement des déclarations de sinistres, l’instruction des dossiers (étude des garanties, analyse des responsabilités, mise en place de mesures conservatoires…), et la mise en œuvre des moyens nécessaires à l’indemnisation des victimes d’accidents de la route ou à l’exercice du recours le cas échéant,
  • L’identification et l’application des règles légales, jurisprudentielles et conventionnelles adéquates,
  • L’évaluation et le suivi des coûts techniques,
  • La sélection des auxiliaires (médecins, avocats…) et l’analyse des conclusions,
  • La finalisation de l’indemnisation de la victime et/ou des tiers payeurs,
  • L’exercice des recours corporels dans le respect des intérêts de la compagnie.

 Profil recherché

Vos compétences clés :

  • Formation supérieure en Droit des assurance ou équivalent, vous avez acquis une solide expérience (2 à 3 ans) dans la gestion des sinistres corporels (AIPP entre 0 et 10%), ainsi que de leurs problématiques spécifiques.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la loi Badinter et de son évolution jurisprudentielle. De même, vous maîtrisez les conventions IRSA, IRCA et PAOS..
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus.

  • Doté.e d’un excellent rédactionnel, d’un sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur, vous faites preuve d’autonomie et de responsabilité.
  • Vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, ainsi que votre implication et vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de faire face à tous type de situations.
  • Vous accordez une importance critique à la qualité de votre suivi sur l'ensemble des dossiers.
