Job Description

Performs simple clerical duties by applying office procedures including answering calls, managing basic financial transactions and recording, typing or word processing, filing, and other ad-hoc activities to increase efficiency.

  • Receiving, reviewing, assessing and calculating pension claims in accordance with requirements.
  • Analyzing claim documentations, ensuring completeness and accuracy before processing payments.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and customers to provide updates on claim statuses and requirements.
  • Ensuring all claims adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Assessing potential risks in claims processing, implementing strategies to mitigate financial and reputational risks, and ensure early detection of fraudulent or high-risk claims.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate claim records and reports for management review.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to claims procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
