AWS Operational Analyst

About the Role:

Involves in AWS and MS Azure based application support for production clients and Provide support on Terraform, IM based applications. Monitor closely all kind of notifications and work with vendors.

About the team:

Team is purely Operations Team which handles all the operations work of hosted clients. Monitoring, doing analysis of application, jobs failures, providing the solutions, maintaining the defined SLAs, Handling MS Azure based clients are the key works. Application upgrades, DR exercise, Maintain clients data, follow the FIS compliance procedures, provide support in 3 shift.

What you will be doing

• Provide AWS and MS Azure based application support for production clients.

• Provide support on Terraform, IM based applications. Monitor closely all kind of notifications and work with vendors.

• Provide support of Microsoft web server Internet Information Services (IIS) which is being used to host the web-application

• The database for each AF environment runs under Microsoft Azure SQL at the highest available compatibility level.

• Provide Azure backups which are used to protect the hosted environments against accidental loss, this is in addition to geo-replication used for DR.

What you bring:

• +5 years of proven experience with AWS and MS Azure.

• Good knowledge of bitbucket, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline,

• Good Experience in SQL and shell Scripting

• Knowledge of AWS/Azure- Networking

• Strong Terraform knowledge is mandatory.

Added bonus if you have:

• Devops knowledge would be advantageous.

• AWS knowledge can give advantages.

• Automation skill would prefer along with Terraform and MS Azure knowledge
