About the Role :
Cisco Voice Engineer responsible to work on daily tickets and occasional small projects related to Cisco On-prem and Cloud voice.
About the Team :
BOTS Voice team is combination of Project and Support engineers in India and USA, we work together to serve US client mostly financial institutions.
What you will be doing:
- Handles customer requests for telecommunications support including moves, adds, changes, repairs and inquiries.
- Troubleshoots major telecommunications issues.
- Interfaces with vendors to resolve technical issues
- Will be working in 24/7 Rotational shifts
What you bring :
- 3 to 5 years of experience on Cisco Voice.
- Good with troubleshooting CUCM and CUBE.
- Basic level of understanding on Underlying network and layer 3 routing.
