This is precisely why we have a department dedicated to achieving this goal for our insulin production site as well as packaging and assembly lines at AM Hillerød. The area currently encompasses 1200 employees spread across two adjacent buildings. A major expansion of approximately 13,000 sqm is planned to accommodate production lines and an additional 400 employees.
We operate 24/7 to fill and package medicines that are distributed worldwide.
The position
As a Circular Factory Supporter, you will be responsible for supporting the "Factory of the Future" agenda together with the team at site AM Hillerød. The position gives you the opportunity to be creative and innovative.
That includes:

  • 100% green energy with no CO2 emissions.
  • Optimizing use of water and energy.
  • Minimization of waste and achievement of circular endpoints.
  • Leading a culture towards circular thinking.
  • Driving projects, campaigns, and engaging all employees.


To further support you, you will become part of a global network that shares knowledge and solutions for the above. You will be connected with individuals from, among others, France, the USA, China, and Brazil.
Qualifications
You enjoy working independently and you have the competences to drive projects in collaboration with peers and colleagues. You are creative, idea full but also respectful for the ongoing production. You drive in a structured work environment, and you can handle a large network of stakeholders across the whole organization.
Moreover, you have:

  • Relevant degree in environmental engineering, environemntal sciences, environmental management (or similar).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sustainability.
  • Experience in managing projects and conducting analyses related to sustainability topics, mainly water, energy, and waste.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience from GMP regulated indutries is beneficial but not mandatory.


About the department
You will be working from the department Production Support as part of our team in EHS & Circular for Zero. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence an at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with high skilled colleagues across the organization and in the team.
