About the Role:
Join our Business Management function as part of the Workforce Strategy team, supporting the heads of the CIB Digital and Platform Services (D&PS) group. This role involves engaging in workforce-related activities that impact the D&PS group, such as return to office and hybrid working, location strategy decision-making, and real estate demand planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Support: Handle data requirements related to workforce strategy, ensuring accurate and timely analysis.
- Metrics Reporting: Produce and evolve weekly hybrid working metrics reports.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide data analysis to support various workforce initiatives.
- Data Solutions: Develop solutions for recurring data requirements, focusing on automation.
- Automated Metrics Development: Utilize Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau to drive automated metrics views.
- Monthly Data Tasks: Perform tasks such as providing headcount data to site leads.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare PowerPoint overviews of headcount by location plans post-financial planning.
- Site Maintenance: Develop and maintain SharePoint and intranet sites.
About You:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel; experience with Alteryx or other data automation tools is a plus.
- Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the tenacity to drive solutions to completion with minimal supervision.
