Role Overview:
The associate will execute an array of research deliverables using AI-driven technologies and advanced analytical tools. The associate will support the Strategic Intelligence Lead for the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) by performing in-depth research, data analysis, and producing comprehensive reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research utilizing advanced AI and industry-standard tools to gather and analyze data related to market trends, industry dynamics, and the competitive environment
- Synthesize data from diverse sources into actionable insights, highlighting strategic implications for the Commercial & Investment Bank
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations and whitepapers, that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Explore new analytical methods and stay updated on AI advancements to enhance research capabilities
- Support ad hoc research and deep-dive projects as requested by senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Desired Skillset:
- Demonstrated success in conducting in-depth research and analysis, with a focus on strategic recommendations
- Skilled in AI tools, data analytics, and standard business software, with hands-on experience in leveraging technologies such as Large Language Models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and impactfully to a senior audience
- Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial with a creative problem-solving mindset
- Experience in leveraging statistical modeling techniques and working with large datasets is preferred
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in business administration, finance, economics, technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a research or strategy role preferably with exposure to the Financial Services industry
