Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics)
Information Technology / Computer Science or a related technical field
- Postgraduate
qualification (e.g. MBA, Master’s in Engineering, Technology Management,
or Digital Transformation)
- 10 years senior leadership
experience as Head of Technology, Engineering Lead, Digital Transformation
Lead or related
- Professional
registration (e.g. ECSA or equivalent – advantageous)
- Certifications in
relevant areas such as:
- Cloud platforms (AWS,
Azure, or equivalent)
- Cybersecurity (e.g.
CISSP, CISM)
- Enterprise Architecture
(e.g. TOGAF)
- Project/Programme
Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, Master's in Engineering, Technology Management, or Digital Transformation
- At least 10 years of senior leadership experience as a Head of Technology, Engineering Lead, Digital Transformation Lead, or in a related role
- Professional registration such as ECSA or equivalent
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Relevant cybersecurity certification such as CISSP or CISM
- Relevant enterprise architecture certification such as TOGAF
- Relevant project or program management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
