We are hiring a high-EQ, execution-oriented Chief of Staff to support the Managing Partners across investment sourcing, internal operations, and portfolio oversight. You’ll serve as a force multiplier—balancing analytical depth and tactical discipline.

This is a unique opportunity for a technically trained individual who wants to move into the business and investment side of AI-native software transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Deal Flow

• Lead sourcing outreach and pipeline tracking for vertical software targets.

• Conduct first-pass strategic, financial, and technical analysis on acquisition opportunities.

• Coordinate due diligence and investment committee preparation.

Hiring & Org Building

• Run the full-cycle hiring process across the platform and portfolio companies.

• Maintain recruitment pipelines, write JDs, screen candidates, and lead scheduling.

Investor Relations

• Prepare board materials, updates, and investor follow-ups.

• Coordinate documentation, agenda setting, and milestone tracking for investor meetings.

Execution Support

• Draft presentations, strategic documents, and market memos.

• Shadow and support Managing Partner on key calls, diligence sessions, and transformation check-ins.

OpCo Oversight

• Maintain visibility on portfolio milestones (product, GTM, hiring).

• Track reporting cadence, follow up on execution gaps, and elevate risks.

Profile We’re Looking For

• Technical Foundation: Top-tier engineering background with a strong computer science foundation.

• Business Acumen: Ideally an MBA from a leading business school.

• AI Power User: Daily use of LLMs and data analysis stacks; strong grasp of how AI can enhance workflows.

• High EQ & Poise: You can navigate ambiguity, handle difficult personalities, and earn trust in high-stakes situations.

• Project Management Discipline: You structure workstreams, keep timelines tight, follow up relentlessly, and ensure that plans get executed.

• Language: Proficient in French and English.
