The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO assisting with strategy, operations, and administrative work. Responsibilities include
- Assisting with training human experts ("taskers") to collect robotic data, which requires learning to wear devices and properly record.
- Helping maintain a double-sided marketplace of taskers and tasks provided by individuals and businesses.
- Being the primary point of contact for taskers, individuals, and businesses when it comes to questions and operational needs.
- Managing company scheduling, social media marketing, and outreach to potential clients.
- Basic accounting and HR.
- Being the point person for partners at AWS and Google.
- Assistance with business strategy and fundraising where appropriate.
- Leading office management, recruiting, and company culture.
The primary purpose of this role is to free the CEO up for more technical work and negotiating deals with larger clients.
CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $70,000 – $110,000 per year.
