We are establishing an integrated enterprise portfolio spanning Culture (encompassing Inclusion), Leadership, and Talent Development and we are hiring the operator who will make it all work. This is not a support role. This is a control-tower role.

You will sit at the center of a complex, high-visibility portfolio and ensure that everything we bring to our leaders, our business partners, and our Board is aligned, timed, integrated, and ready to land.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate all deliverables going to Senior Staff, HR Business Partners, the HR Executive Team, and the Board.
  • Ensure initiatives are sequenced and absorbed by the organization, not just released.
  • Act as the primary integrator with Global Talent Management and other critical partners.
  • Own all metrics, insights, and portfolio reporting.
  • Prepare the Head of the sub-division for Board, executive, and enterprise-wide moments.
  • Set the agenda for staff meetings and offsites; prepare for HR Executive Team updates.
  • Ensure everything that leaves this team is clear, coherent, and ready for enterprise consumption.

You will collaborate with HR leadership on the following elements:

  • Establishing and embedding enterprise culture and leadership expectations.
  • Embedding inclusive leadership practices across the full talent lifecycle.
  • Spearheading the design and launch of the firm’s first enterprise leadership factory.
  • Establishing enterprise leadership onboarding and transition frameworks.
  • Modernizing enterprise talent development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years general experience. Two years of project management experience preferred. Two years of experience investment-related roles or global/inter-country experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

This role is for someone who loves:

  • Complexity
  • Ambiguity
  • Competing priorities
  • Senior stakeholders
  • And turning big ideas into real-world results

You will thrive here if you are exceptional at:

  • Operational Execution: You can turn strategy into action. You know how to build plans, dependencies, timelines, and clear paths from idea to impact.
  • Stakeholder Navigation: You can drive outcomes even when leaders disagree or priorities shift.
  • Prioritization: You know how to balance business value, client need, and delivery effort and you are willing to say no to protect what matters most.
  • Judgment & Decision-Making: You ask the right questions, use data when it exists, make sound calls when it doesn’t, and handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.
