About the role:We're hiring a Chief of Staff to scale Percepta's impact across critical industries. You will be reporting directly to our CEO.
As Chief of Staff, you'll be the strategic operator who ensures our ambitions translate into consistent, high-quality execution. You'll own the systems that make us excellent, from how we deliver for customers to how we work as a team, and build the operational foundation that allows us to scale.
Your role will evolve as the company scales: you'll build critical functions at the right level of maturity, identify when we need dedicated owners, and continuously move to the next strategic priority. You'll be a key leader shaping both what we do and how we do it.
What you'll own:Orchestrate excellence across customer delivery:
Quality and consistency: Every customer sees our best work, every time. You'll ensure delivery quality is consistently high across all projects by defining what excellent looks like and embedding the operating principles that make it repeatable.
Partnership leverage: Our relationships with Anthropic, AWS, McKinsey, Nvidia, and the GC portfolio become tangible competitive advantages for customers. You'll activate these partnerships to unlock capabilities, remove technical blockers, and deliver outcomes our competitors can't match.
Value capture: Customers can articulate the ROI of working with us, and our pricing reflects the value we create. You'll build the frameworks that make our impact measurable and ensure we're compensated for the transformation we drive.
Culture as competitive advantage: How we work becomes why customers choose us. You'll protect the operating style, communication standards, and engagement approach that make us exceptional to work with - the consistency that differentiates us as we scale from 20 to 100+ people.
Build and scale critical business functions: Identify what needs to exist at each stage of growth - recruiting pipelines, GTM systems (pipeline visibility, sales assets, narrative development), knowledge capture, partnership operations. You'll stand these up at the right level of sophistication, run them until they need a dedicated owner, then hand them off and move to the next priority. You know when to build a scrappy system vs. when to invest in scale.
Translate strategy into execution: Be the bridge between CEO vision and team action. When leadership sets a strategic priority, you ensure it becomes a concrete workstream with clear owners and accountability. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Extreme ownership and detail orientation: You’re willing to jump in and love being the one on the hook. You aren’t going to wait to be pointed at a task. Instead, you’re going to identify what you think we should do next, and then do it. If you say you’re going to do something, you get it done.

5+ years in demanding, high-velocity environments where you've built or scaled operations: consulting, high-growth startup operations, chief of staff roles, product, strategy roles
Track record of building 0→1 functions or processes and scaling them
You've worked closely with founders/C-suite and know how to translate vision into action
Strong business fundamentals: you can build a financial model, understand unit economics, support strategic planning, and make sound build/buy/partner decisions
Hands-on engineering or product experience and an interest in transitioning to a more strategy or operations focused role
Experience with standing up and managing operational systems (e.g. ATS, CRM)
Prior startup or founder experience, balancing craft, ownership, and speed.
