What You'll Be Doing:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Maintain a disciplined, well-planned calendar for the Owner to ensure flow and focus. Prioritize engagements, gatekeep meetings, reduce friction, ensure time is optimized.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate flights, lodging, itineraries, ground transport — all the details needed to make travel seamless and stress-free. Anticipate changes and plan backup options.
- Contract & Legal Oversight: Review legal documents and contracts; flag issues and ensure everything is sound (you don’t have to be a lawyer, but you’re sharp enough to notice red flags or need to escalate).
- Real Estate: Gather, review, and organize documentation for real estate purchases. Assist with monitoring compliance and term negotiation. Track and coordinate property development such as monitoring timelines, permitting, and inspections.
- Accounting / Finance Exposure: Basic understanding of various accounting / finance processes and terminology.
- Brand & Messaging: Manage the Owner’s public / social media presence and brand messaging so both the Owner and the broader Fix Group always present well. Ensure consistency, authenticity, and protect the company’s voice.
- Representation & Leadership: Act as a “face” of the company when delegated; show both warmth and assertiveness (“iron fist in velvet glove”). Build relationships internally and externally; serve as bridge between the Owner and the team.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and private matters with utmost discretion. Trust is essential. Manage behind-the-scenes tasks quietly and efficiently.
- Personal Support: Assist with non-business personal scheduling: appointments, family events, occasional errands, personal projects, etc. Help reduce the Owner’s load so they can focus on high-impact work.
- Adapting & Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Be able to pivot when things change, keep cool when schedules shift, troubleshoot issues proactively.
You, In a Nutshell:
- Calm under pressure; you keep your composure even when things go sideways.
- Organized to the core; you have a knack for staying ahead of details.
- Great people skills; you connect with everyone — from vendors to employees to the Owner.

- Firm but kind; you hold high standards while building trust and respect.
