About The Role
As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team—driving clarity, speed, and execution across the business. You'll lead the Founder’s Office and own high-priority strategic initiatives that shape InfinitForm’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Projects: Work directly with the CEO to own and execute cross-functional 0-to-1 initiatives such as go-to-market plans for new verticals, pricing strategy, acquisition diligence, vendor strategy, and business development opportunities.
Accelerate Operations: Identify bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation and systems improvements across Product, Sales, HR, and G&A functions. Design a hiring process to recruit and advance top talent.
Design and Run the Leadership Operating System: Architect and facilitate leadership processes, including developing board presentations, coordinating team offsites, and managing press releases.
Develop Innovation Best Practices: Anything else you want to accomplish! We love great ideas and you’ll have the opportunity and resources to bring them to life.
About You
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or operating roles at high-growth tech companies. BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
Strategic & Tactical: You can zoom out to set direction, and dive deep to execute with precision. You are comfortable managing financial models in Excel and developing board presentations in PowerPoint.
Cross-functional Leadership: You’ve successfully driven complex initiatives across teams and functions.
Analytical & Systems-Oriented: You bring sharp problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and a bias for building scalable systems.
Clear Communicator: You’re comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels with clarity and empathy.
Execution Excellence: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are obsessively organized, with a sharp eye for detail.
