Job Summary:
The Chief of Staff is responsible for working closely with Site Head to guide the organization’s day to day operation and provide strategic direction to the site. The role includes a close management of tactical and strategic projects impacting the short- and long-term productivity and profitability of the site. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and leading the communication strategy for the site to drive transformation and engagement at site.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA or advanced Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
Experience of leading organization transformation experience in a global context is preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing PMO for large-scale, complex projects.
Demonstrated experience of understanding key operational and financial KPIs for business or project.
Strong leadership and change management skills and experience of organization transformation projects.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
