As our first-ever Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as the right hand to our founders. You’ll operate in the thick of strategy, finance, product, ops, and go-to-market.

1. Strategy & Decision Support
Partner with founders through complex, high-stakes problems: market positioning, pricing, org design, capital allocation
Lead strategic projects end-to-end: structure challenges, crunch numbers, synthesize insights, and deliver crisp recommendations
Build frameworks and resources that drive better, faster decisions
Serve as a trusted thought partner to every function
2. Cross-Functional Execution
Ensure alignment and progress on our most important company-wide initiatives
Act as the connective tissue across marketing, sales, product, finance, and operations

3. Investor & External Relations
Drive preparation for fundraising: build data rooms, financial models, and compelling investor narratives

You have a record of excellence in high-growth, complex environments: consulting, banking, startups, or similar

You build your own frameworks, starting from first principles
You don’t just generate ideas—you make them happen, and you finish what you start
You move seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed execution—you’re as happy in a spreadsheet as in a strategy session

English fluency is a must (bonus: Dutch or French; legal or finance experience; track record in a regulated industry)

Skills Required
- Proven record of excellence in high-growth or complex environments (consulting, banking, startups)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and distill complex problems into clarity
- Experience building frameworks from first principles
- Track record of driving ideas to completion and strong execution orientation
- Comfort with both high-level strategy and detailed execution (e.g., spreadsheets and strategy sessions)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
- Dutch or French language skills
- Legal or finance experience
- Track record in a regulated industry
- Desire for high responsibility and to be a primary leadership dependability partner
