  • Drive cross-functional strategic projects across Sales, Demand, Supply, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance

  • Build and improve operational cadences including QBRs, forecasting processes, KPI reviews, leadership reporting, and executive business updates

  • Analyse commercial performance data to identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and strategic recommendations

  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and commercial planning processes

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, business cases, and strategic recommendations for leadership meetings

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new commercial initiatives, products, and partnerships

  • Help drive organisational alignment and accountability across global commercial teams

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational scalability, communication flows, and decision-making frameworks

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and on time

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, revenue operations, business operations, or commercial strategy

  • Previous experience at a top-tier consulting firm such as Bain & Company or McKinsey & Company strongly preferred, or equivalent experience within a leading AdTech business

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic ecosystems, AdTech, SSPs, DSPs, and commercial operating models

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex business challenges into actionable recommendations

  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and managing high-impact cross- functional initiatives

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue organisations, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials

  • Ability to operate independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence/reporting tools

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with a proactive mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus

Why Join Verve?

  • Work directly with executive leadership and influence global commercial strategy

  • Operate at the centre of a rapidly evolving programmatic advertising marketplace

  • Collaborate with talented global teams across commercial, product, and operational functions

  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic execution
